Support senior Government leaders in establishing and maturing a Program Executive Office (PEO) responsible for advancing mission-critical GEOINT capabilities. Develop executive-ready briefings, communications products, decision papers, governance artifacts, and strategic planning materials. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagements, governance forums, and working groups to drive alignment and execution across organizations. Support acquisition planning, technology modernization efforts, capability roadmaps, and portfolio management activities. Lead process improvement efforts through workflow analysis, SOP development, organizational assessments, and implementation planning. Partner with data, analytics, and technical teams to support AI-enabled and data-driven decision-making initiatives.

Experience supporting NGA, Intelligence Community, DoD, acquisition, or mission-focused organizations Experience supporting Program Executive Offices (PEOs), Program Management Offices (PMOs), or enterprise modernization initiatives Knowledge of governance frameworks, operating models, business process improvement methodologies, and organizational design principles Experience developing capability roadmaps, implementation plans, acquisition strategies, or technology modernization products Executive-ready communication skills with demonstrated experience in facilitation, strategic messaging, and stakeholder engagement Proactive, self-directed, and immediately productive in ambiguous and evolving mission environments Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagements, governance forums, or working groups in complex organizations
