Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet established standards Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements Record production quantities and monitor food safety temperatures Stock, rotate, date, and store food adhering to safety regulations Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, storage, and equipment areas Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines Support dishwashing and dining services as needed Lead food production in the absence of theDining Services Coordinator Qualifications & Skills:
