This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can translate business needs into organized documentation, contribute to validation efforts, and work closely with project leads throughout the implementation lifecycle. The role requires strong analytical thinking, advanced Excel capabilities, and the ability to handle large volumes of information with accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with implementation leaders to prepare and organize project documentation using established templates and business standards. Examine business needs and functional requirements to identify gaps, clarify expectations, and support solution alignment. Participate in test planning and execution activities, including pre-UAT support, issue tracking, and validation of expected results. Structure, clean, and format data in Microsoft Excel to meet integrator specifications for system upload activities. Maintain accurate records of business requirement documents, change forms, and related project artifacts throughout the engagement. Support cross-functional communication by helping translate operational needs into clear, actionable documentation for project stakeholders. Review high-volume data sets with close attention to detail to improve accuracy, completeness, and readiness for implementation tasks. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst supporting enterprise projects. Prior experience contributing to implementation initiatives; exposure to UKG Pro is preferred but not required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manage, organize, and validate large data sets. Demonstrated experience creating or working with business requirement documents and analyzing functional requirements. Hands-on involvement with testing activities such as pre-UAT preparation, execution support, or results validation. Ability to manage detailed, high-volume work while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively alongside implementation and business teams.
