Job Description

Provides analytical support for managed care contracting and value-based payment strategy. Monitors payer policies, reimbursement trends, market developments, and contract performance to support decision-making.
Reports To:
Payer Contracting, Policy & Regulatory Counsel Key Responsibilities Market Intelligence Monitor payer policy bulletins and reimbursement changes. Track industry and market trends. Benchmark contract performance against market standards. Analytics Perform reimbursement and contract impact analyses. Develop negotiation support materials. Model proposed payment methodologies. Reporting Produce regular contract performance reports and dashboards. Support dashboards for payer and value-based initiatives. Analyze payer trends. Strategic Support Support contract negotiations and payer strategy development. Conduct competitive analyses. Identify opportunities for revenue optimization and risk reduction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or related field. 3-5 years healthcare analytics experience. Strong Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization skills. Understanding of managed care reimbursement and value-based payment models.
