Compensation:
$40/hr (starting) + Performance Incentives + Revenue Sharing A consultant generating: $250,000 in annual billings could earn roughly $100,000 to $120,000. $400,000 in annual billings could earn $140,000 to $170,000. $600,000+ in annual billings could earn well into the $200,000+ range.

What We're Looking For:
Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience. Experience serving as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Director, HR Consultant, or similar strategic HR role. Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Experience advising business leaders on employee relations, compliance, organizational development, and performance management. Recruiting and talent acquisition experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication, relationship building, and consulting skills. A self motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to grow a book of business.
SHRM CP, SHRM
