Microsoft's Security Analyst Relations (AR) team is seeking a Senior Analyst Relations Manager to drive strategic engagement with top-tier industry analysts across Security priority areas. You will partner closely with engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams to inform analyst perception, improve positioning in rated research, and amplify Microsoft Security's differentiated value. Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with key analysts across Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and emerging analyst firms. Drive proactive engagement plans, including briefings, inquiries, and advisory sessions with Microsoft executives. Successfully manage key research instruments such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, and IDC MarketScapes, as well as analyst reports, blogs and social content. Think beyond product capability; collaborate across teams and integrate customer success to help educate and influence analysts' understanding and perceptions of our solutions. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years experience in communications, public relations, investor relations, analyst relations, product management/planning, research, or program management OR equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience with technical communications, analyst relations, and/or marketing. Experience creating and delivering strategic plans, including prioritizing and managing multiple projects effectively to drive to measurable results. Experience in the security industry. Experience with cross-group collaboration and influencing executives, corporate, and field teams. Experience working independently with an organized approach in ambiguous and changing environments.   • The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400
  • $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600
  • $222,600 per year.
