Location:
Vancouver, Washington Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Symplr Workforce Management Consultant with expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Analytics modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, reporting, and post-go-live support for workforce management solutions in healthcare environments. Required Skills Hands-on experience with Symplr Workforce Management. Strong expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Analytics/Reporting modules. Knowledge of workforce management processes, labor rules, and payroll integration. Experience in configuration, testing, and production support. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Experience with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of Workforce Management implementation/support experience. Healthcare industry experience preferred. Experience with integrations between HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management systems. Nice to Have Experience with UKG, Workday, Oracle HCM, or other workforce management platforms. Knowledge of healthcare staffing and compliance requirements. Project implementation and stakeholder management experience. The pay range for this role is $120,000-$130,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
