Come Together at Kapco Video IT Business Analyst - Kapco Grafton, WI A professional technical support role responsible for supporting business operations by administering key systems, resolving user issues, and managing systems improvement projects. This role combines technical expertise with strong communication and project management skills to ensure systems run efficiently and align with business needs. Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, the analyst drives process improvements, supports daily operations, and ensures timely delivery of technology solutions that enhance organizational performance. This is an exempt position.
