Business Analyst - Global Trade Corporate Headquarters 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 Support the tech that takes Uline global as a Business Analyst! You'll translate data to help streamline International processes and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Partner with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to support system enhancements, solve business challenges and help navigate evolving trade regulations for our growing North American company. Position Responsibilities Analyze International team data requests and deliver actionable insights that support business decisions. Contribute to modernization projects and process improvements, building efficiencies through automation and smart data use. Investigate and resolve user issues, partnering with IT and other teams for testing and support. Develop and maintain user resources and training materials to ensure high performance across the Global Trade Management (GTM) system. Help translate international trade regulations and business requirements into system workflows and documentation that support evolving business needs. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. 1+ years of experience as an analyst or similar role. Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Office . Power BI, Power Automate and VBA preferred. Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment a plus. Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
