has a career opportunity in the role of a Regulatory & Risk Management Officer. Anticipated duties would include implementation and oversight of regulatory matters relating to the company's

BSA/AML/OFAC

program and suspicious activity monitoring. The role would lead, support and train the team in compliance with company policies, procedures, and assist in preparation for audits and account reconcilements. The successful candidate would have solid communication, organization and leadership skills. Prior compliance, banking, paralegal, or trust administration experience is a plus along with robust Microsoft Excel and Word skills. Minimum Basic Skills—Proficient in Microsoft Office produces, especially Word and Excel. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Work Experience Roles at this level typically require four or more years of financial audit, banking/investments/trust, or other related compliance experience. Education A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with a major in a relevant subject such as finance, accounting, economics, or business.

MBA / MS

is recommended. CFIRS designation ideal.
