Main Responsibilities include:
Mentor and support development of the business analysts and BI capability.
Support the development of change requests from the customer.
Support the development of processes and systems to improve business performance.
Support the control and administration of planning parameters.
Support inventory planning activity through data analysis and process improvement designSupport the Inventory Planning team, monitoring output quality and productivity in line with business prioritiesLead MI Reporting, and internal Business Performance measures and monitoringContinual development of reporting suite and engagement to ensure understanding of data and reporting requirements
Familiarity with reporting software such as Query Studio is desirable.
Previous supervisory experience.
Understanding of MOD systems and dataUnderstanding of Demand planning using system-based techniquesKnowledge of SQL is desirable but not essentialDue to the nature of the work, candidates interested in the Business Intelligence Lead position will need to hold UK Security Clearance. £55000 per annumOur client requires a Business Intelligence Team Lead / Manager, to lead and manage a team of Business Analysts and develop the BI capability. Working on defence inventory/logistics projects, its preferable if you have worked in the Defence sector but is not essential.Main Responsibilities include:
