Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities Duties will include: 1. Preparing briefing notes, minutes, and action items. 2. Analyzing events, activities and schedule data in order to provide evaluations on achieving hardware delivery and case milestones. 3. Providing input, advice and recommendations in the planning, development, and execution of acquisition strategies, plans, special events, and procurement documentation in the execution of contractual actions to support all INRAP requirements. 4. Conducting research to provide input/recommendations to agendas, issue papers, briefing charts, audits, program booklets and other documentation for PMRs and FMRs. 5. Making recommendations in the development of organizational vision, mission, goals, objectives, and strategies, using the synthesis of data acquired by the PO. Develop recommended metrics and strategies for implementing the strategic plan. 6. Preparing recommendations for internal/external correspondence, reports, briefing packages and program documentation for all INRAP supported programs. 7. Providing input and analysis of information for inclusion in Request for Price and Availability, Letters of Request and/or Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOR/LOA) for potential new FMS cases. 8. Providing recommendations for the formulation and revision of draft international agreements. 9. Analyzing specialized FMS customer reports/documentation and provide recommended courses of action to IPTs and program/case reviews located both CONUS and OCONUS. Minimum Experience Bachelors Degree +10 Years experience
