This role supports public-sector procurement, contract administration, vendor coordination, solicitation management, compliance research, and reporting for a mission-driven government environment. The Public Procurement Analyst will work closely with directors, project managers, vendors, legal, risk management, and internal stakeholders to move procurements from planning through contract execution. Key Responsibilities Manage procurement activities including RFPs, bids, vendor outreach, question-and-answer coordination, bid conferences, proposal evaluations, contract negotiations, and contract execution. Partner with directors and project managers to develop solicitation scopes, pricing drafts, amendments, updated vendor pricing, and contract documentation. Research, implement, and help enforce procurement policies, compliance requirements, and Section 3-related procedures. Maintain procurement and document tracking systems, including contract dates, compensation limits, purchase orders, invoices, expenses, and contract status updates. Coordinate meetings, vendor demos, procurement review meetings, departmental updates, and contract-related presentations. Prepare procurement updates, administrative reports, board memos, and presentations for contracts and amendments valued above established thresholds.
