GPUs/accelerators, servers, networking (NICs), storage Collect requirements (performance, budget, timeline, compliance) Validate lead times, warranty/support, replacement parts, and upgrade paths Manage purchase orders, shipping/receiving, and documentation Sell AI components to customers Maintain product/Vendor knowledge and keep positioning updated Prepare pricing sheets and margin targets
