Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to support procurement operations for indirect goods and services. Our team relies on this position to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of software services, IT/ET hardware, and SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities:
Execute end-to-end procurement activities for software licensing, SaaS subscriptions, IT/ET hardware, and related professional services. Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal value while managing risk. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment on specifications and timelines.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 3-5 years of procurement or purchasing experience with a demonstrated focus on indirect categories. Hands-on experience sourcing software services, IT/ET hardware, and SaaS solutions. Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar.
