This role is responsible for ensuring timely product replenishment, maintaining inventory availability, and supporting daily business demand in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Issue and manage purchase orders to support ongoing inventory needs Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment based on demand trends Communicate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and order status Expedite shipments and resolve delays or shortages Maintain accurate purchasing and item data within internal systems Support cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for savings Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth inbound flow Experience 1+ years of purchasing, procurement, or buying experience Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs/orders Comfortable working in a high-volume, execution-focused environment Proficient in Excel and general ERP systems Strong communication skills for vendor coordination
