Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a Buying Professional to support procurement operations by managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier relationships, and material availability. The ideal candidate will have recent SAP Purchasing experience, strong knowledge of the procurement lifecycle, and the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Manage purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), and procurement transactions. Process and maintain purchase orders in accordance with company policies and approval requirements. Monitor material availability and manage the complete PO lifecycle, including order tracking, pricing verification, RMAs, and delivery performance. Build and maintain strong supplier/vendor relationships. Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supplier Quality teams to support business requirements. Support inventory optimization initiatives and manage part revision activities. Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies. Participate in continuous improvement and procurement process enhancement initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 4+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience. Recent hands-on experience with the SAP Purchasing Module. Strong understanding of the Purchase Order (PO) process and part lifecycle management. Experience managing supplier/vendor relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. Working knowledge of Power BI and shared drive environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to support occasional early morning global meetings. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a manufacturing or technology environment. Experience collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Supplier Quality teams. Knowledge of inventory management and procurement best practices.
