Global Supply Manager -

Compensation:

$160,000 to $230,000 Responsibilities Develop commodity and technology sourcing strategies for NPI and sustaining programs. Serve as the liaison between engineering and supply chain for supplier and component selection. Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier negotiations, and business award decisions. Manage supplier relationships, performance, capacity, quality, and cost. Drive cost reduction initiatives through should-cost analysis and market intelligence. Build and maintain sourcing roadmaps, forecasts, and supplier development plans. Support tooling investments, capacity planning, and financial forecasting. Target Commodity Expertise CNC Machining Injection Molding Die Castings Metal Extrusions Fasteners Composites Metal Stamping & Forming Motors Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) Precision Mechanical Components Ideal Background Strong NPI sourcing experience in aerospace, robotics, drones, consumer electronics, or advanced manufacturing. Expertise in supplier development, cost modeling, contract negotiations, and strategic sourcing. Experience managing tooling, supplier capacity, and manufacturing process technologies. Knowledge of ESI (Early Supplier Involvement), supplier agreements (MSA, SOW, NDA), and sourcing best practices. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
