Job Description

We are seeking a non exempt Junior Sourcing Coordinator to support our California berry sourcing team, helping manage the day-to-day administrative and data-related work that keeps operations running smoothly. This includes maintaining records, reports, inventory updates, grower information, and customer documentation, while enabling the sourcing team to focus on building relationships with growers and supporting field operations. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and solid Excel and computer skills. Success in this role is rooted in three of Wish Farms' 33

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the California berry sourcing and quality control team. Enter, update, and maintain information in Famous, NetSuite, and other company systems to ensure operational data remains accurate and up to date. Support pack-out changes and related system updates, including information that impacts PTI labeling and other downstream processes. Prepare, organize, and maintain weekly grower and sourcing updates, including grower-specific information needed for upcoming harvest and shipping activities. Assist with inventory-related administrative tasks, including pallet tag information, inventory records, and supporting documentation. Prepare, organize, and distribute customer paperwork and documentation for retail and foodservice partners as assigned. Maintain spreadsheets, reports, files, and other records that support sourcing and quality control operations. Help ensure timely communication and information flow between field teams and office systems. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and support efforts to increase efficiency and consistency. Provide backup support during peak seasons and assist with other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications & Skills Previous administrative, coordination, data entry, supply chain, agriculture, or produce industry experience is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, tables, formulas, and basic data analysis. Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word; experience with ERP or other business systems is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and data. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance recurring responsibilities and shifting priorities. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across sourcing, operations, grower relations, and other internal teams. Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to complete time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to handle sensitive business information with professionalism and confidentiality.
