Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst - Strategic Sourcing to support and drive sourcing initiatives for the LinkedIn procurement organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations, with the ability to independently manage sourcing projects from initiation through completion. Required Qualifications Graduate degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum 5+ years of overall professional experience. At least 3+ years of hands-on sourcing and procurement experience. Experience in initiating, executing, evaluating, and managing strategic sourcing activities. Good understanding of 5 to 10 direct and/or indirect spend categories. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills. Basic understanding of contract lifecycle management and procurement processes. Key Responsibilities Execute intermediate to complex sourcing projects from start to finish. Validate sourcing requests in accordance with LinkedIn procurement guidelines. Analyze business requirements and develop sourcing strategies and bid packages. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and close information gaps. Prepare, publish, and manage RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with selected suppliers. Monitor supplier participation and ensure timely bid submissions. Evaluate supplier responses and summarize recommendations for stakeholders. Create and manage reverse auctions with minimal supervision. Drive sourcing execution activities while delivering cost savings and business value. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful project delivery. Support contract-related activities and demonstrate a working knowledge of the end-to-end contract process. Build and maintain productive supplier and stakeholder relationships. Preferred Skills Experience working in a fast-paced, global procurement environment. Strong negotiation and supplier engagement capabilities. Proficiency in sourcing and procurement tools. Salary Range:

USD 90,000 - 100,000
