Qualifications:

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience 3-5 years of procurement or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, MRO processes, and direct supplier coordination Experience procuring chemicals or other regulated materials, including basic familiarity with SDS and EHS coordination Ability to independently resolve day-to-day issues across Operations, Finance, and Engineering Comfortable managing a high volume of concurrent, time-sensitive tasks across two locations Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting precision machining, plating, hermetics, or advanced electronics manufacturing Familiarity with international shipping/logistics and customs basics Experience resolving AP holds or invoice-matching issues with Finance Advanced Excel skills for tracking and reporting across multiple sites Experience in low-volume, high-mix or NPI manufacturing environments Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or A3 problem-solving methods Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.
