Denver, CO (on-site) Employment type: Full-time Reports to: [Operations Manager / Owner] Salary range: $78,000-$95,000/year, depending on experience (plus benefits — see below) ________________________________________ About XPCC Xtreme Power Conversion Corporation designs and supplies uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and power conversion equipment for commercial, industrial, medical, retail/edge, and data center applications. We manufacture and source through partners in Taiwan, China, and the United States, and ship to customers nationwide. We are a lean, technically driven team where this role has real ownership and direct visibility to sales and leadership. Position Summary We are hiring a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to own the flow of product from our domestic and overseas suppliers into our inventory and out to our customers. You will place and manage purchase orders, coordinate international container shipments and freight, track inventory, and keep our sales team continuously informed on inbound product. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, detail-obsessed, and comfortable working across time zones and currencies. Key Responsibilities Purchasing Place and manage purchase orders with suppliers in Taiwan, China, and the U.S. Confirm pricing, lead times, quantities, and ship dates; expedite when needed Maintain accurate PO records and follow up on order acknowledgments and changes Communicate with overseas suppliers clearly and patiently, accounting for time-zone and language differences Support supplier negotiations on pricing, terms, and lead time Logistics & Import Solicit and compare quotes from international freight forwarders and carriers (ocean and air) Coordinate container shipments, including booking, documentation, and delivery scheduling Track shipments in transit and proactively flag delays Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers on import documentation, Incoterms, HS classification, and duties/tariffs Reconcile freight invoices against quotes Inventory Track inventory levels and reorder points; help maintain healthy stock without overbuying Reconcile received product against POs and packing lists Maintain accurate records in our ERP / inventory system Sales Coordination Provide the sales team with regular, accurate updates on inbound product, container ETAs, and stock availability Serve as the internal point of contact for "when is it landing?" questions Help the team commit confidently to customer delivery dates Required Qualifications 3+ years in purchasing, procurement, buying, or supply chain coordination Direct experience purchasing from or coordinating shipments with overseas suppliers (Asia strongly preferred) Working knowledge of international freight: ocean/air shipping, Incoterms (EXW, FOB, etc.), and basic import/customs concepts Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables) and comfort with ERP/inventory systems Excellent written communication and organization; able to juggle many open orders without dropping details Clear, professional communication with non-native English-speaking suppliers Preferred Qualifications Experience in electronics, electrical, or hardware manufacturing/distribution Familiarity with HS code classification, tariffs, and lithium-battery shipping regulations (UN3481 / PI 967) Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (equivalent experience accepted) Experience supporting a sales team with inbound/inventory updates What We Offer Salary of $78,000-$95,000/year based on experience [Health insurance] [Retirement plan] [Paid time off and holidays] A high-visibility role with direct impact and room to grow into broader procurement ownership XPCC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
