Type:

full-time A leading defense technology company specializing in high-power directed energy laser systems is seeking a Buyer to join its Supply Chain team in Longmont, CO. This individual will play a key role in supporting the development and production of cutting-edge defense technologies by procuring materials, equipment, and services critical to manufacturing operations. The Buyer will manage purchase orders, coordinate with engineering and program teams, maintain procurement data within the ERP system, and serve as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution. This is an onsite position offering exposure to advanced manufacturing, defense contracting, and highly technical supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in a Buyer, Purchasing, or Procurement role. 1+ year of recent experience supporting manufacturing supply chains . Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field . Experience utilizing an ERP system for purchasing, inventory, or procurement activities. Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite , including Excel. Experience managing purchase orders, supplier communications, and delivery schedules. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities when working with suppliers and internal teams. Why this
