Role Description This part-time Bookkeeper requires working from the company's office in Loveland, CO, AND traveling to client's offices. Responsibilities include managing financial records, reconciling accounts, job costing, scanning in receipts, using Microsoft products, calendar, and drive, creating invoices, maintaining product list information, paying sales tax, submitting insurance audit information, preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate journal entries, and using Quickbooks online as well as Quick books desktop to support business and client needs. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial to this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records Proficiency with Quick Books desktop AND Quick Books Online Experience in handling Financial Statements and working with Journal Entries Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills Ability to work independently Clear communication skills, both written & verbal; must be willing clarify until they understand and be understood
