GSI is the premier geohazard mitigation firm specializing in emergency slope stabilization, landslide repair, grouting, and micropiles through innovative design-build delivery. Access Limited brings over a century of steep-slope expertise and operates North America's largest fleet of spider excavators, delivering complex rockfall and geotechnical solutions in the most challenging environments. RoadGuard, founded in 2024, unites industry-leading roadway safety companies providing guardrail, bridge railing, highway signage, fencing, and specialty fabrication services. Across all our businesses, we are driven by innovation, extreme ownership, technical excellence, and a relentless commitment to measurable results that improve safety and infrastructure resilience. About This Role GeoStabilization International is seeking an exceptionally organized and analytically sharp Sourcing Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, mission-critical environments. This role is the operational backbone of our Strategic Sourcing and Operational Procurement functions—managing supplier relationships, RFQ execution, supply chain data analysis, and KPI reporting that directly influence project profitability and delivery timelines. This is not a administrative role. You'll own quantifiable outcomes: reducing RFQ cycle time, identifying supply chain savings, improving forecast accuracy, and building supplier capabilities that scale with the business. We're looking for someone with resilience, extreme attention to detail, and the drive to accelerate into strategic procurement leadership. What You'll Own Supply Chain Execution & Intelligence Prepare, execute, and analyze RFQs for project scopes—ensuring accuracy, competitive positioning, and on-time supplier responses that feed real-time estimating and project planning. Identify supply chain inefficiencies, cost drivers, and optimization opportunities through data-driven analysis; quantify savings and risk mitigation for leadership review. Supplier Onboarding & Relationship Management Execute new supplier onboarding with discipline—validating financials, ACH setup, insurance requirements, and compliance documentation. Build strong working relationships that enable future volume and collaboration. Reporting, Analytics & Strategic Decision Support Design, build, and maintain KPI dashboards and supply chain management reports that translate raw procurement data into actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Support Real-Time Operations Work directly with estimating and project management to deliver procurement data on aggressive timelines; problem-solve supply constraints and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent discipline). 1-2 years of hands-on experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain operations. Mastery of Excel—pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional logic, data visualization. You should be comfortable extracting insights from messy datasets without hand-holding. Obsessive attention to detail. RFQs, supplier data, financial validation—one error cascades. You catch your own mistakes before they matter. Ability to manage competing priorities without supervision. We move fast; you must prioritize ruthlessly and execute independently. Clear written and verbal communication. You'll translate procurement complexity for non-technical stakeholders and convey supplier negotiations with precision. We Especially Value Experience with e-procurement platforms (Coupa, Ariba, Jaggr) or procurement management systems. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP is a plus. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain KPI dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or basic SQL). Comfort translating business questions into data queries. Experience managing or supporting ACH payments, vendor master data, or invoice reconciliation.
Evidence of problem-solving under constraint:
a time you simplified a broken process, or led a cross-functional fix with minimal authority. Adaptability and intellectual curiosity. You ask good questions, learn quickly, and thrive in organizations that value outcomes over activity. US pay range for this role. $61,000—$82,500 USD Soil Nail Holdings and its subsidiaries are equal opportunity employers. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
