This position plays a critical role in ensuring material availability, cost competitiveness, supplier performance, and production continuity while supporting company goals for quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies for direct and indirect materials supporting PCB and PCBA manufacturing. Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers to improve cost, quality, and delivery performance. Lead RFQs, supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and sourcing decisions. Manage supplier performance through scorecards and business reviews. Review MRP requirements and ensure timely placement and confirmation of purchase orders. Optimize inventory levels while maintaining production continuity, including Bonded Inventory Programs with key strategic suppliers. Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Operations, and Finance teams. Support ISO 9001, AS9100, ITAR,IPC, RoHS, REACH, and related compliance requirements. Develop and monitor procurement KPIs including PPV, inventory turns, cost savings, and supplier delivery performance. Required Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the U.S. in compliance with ITAR regulations. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. 5-10+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience in electronics, PCB, PCBA, or EMS manufacturing. Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with ERP/MRP purchasing processes, including demand review, PO placement, rescheduling, shortage management, supplier confirmations, inventory analysis and purchasing exception management. Functional knowledge and capabilities in Microsoft Office 365. Experience purchasing electronic components and manufacturing materials. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications CPSM, CSCP, APICS, or equivalent certification. Knowledge of global electronics supply chains. Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
