Responsible for maintaining supplier relationships. May also be responsible growing supplier relationships with new and/or existing suppliers.
9/80 Work Schedule Job Overview We are seeking Procurement Professionals (L2/L3/L4) to support procurement activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will procure critical components and services, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure on-time delivery while partnering with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Program teams. Responsibilities Procure critical components, materials, and services to support manufacturing operations. Manage assigned suppliers, commodities, and subcontracts. Serve as the primary point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders. Create and issue procurement contracts, including Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time & Materials (T&M) agreements. Lead supplier selection, perform cost and price analysis, conduct fact-finding, and negotiate contracts. Monitor supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery. Review and negotiate contract terms, conditions, modifications, and procurement agreements, including End User License Agreements (EULAs). Interpret engineering drawings, component specifications, and technical documentation. Maintain procurement documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Perform purchase order file audits and documentation reviews. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 2-6+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, or Graduate degree with 0-4+ years of relevant experience, or 6-10+ years of directly related procurement experience in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications Experience in an MRP/ERP-driven manufacturing environment. Experience negotiating procurement contracts and supplier agreements. Contract administration experience, including terms and conditions review. Government/FAR procurement experience is preferred but not required. Knowledge of engineering drawings, product configuration, and technical documentation. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills. Requirements U.S. Citizenship required. No dual citizenship. #
