As a Purchasing Analyst for Facilities, you'll play a key role in supporting stores and shopping centers by ensuring the right equipment, materials, and services are in place when and where they're needed. In this role, you'll support procurement operations through a mix of analytical work, supplier collaboration, and process management.

Key responsibilities include:

Procure equipment, parts, materials, and services to support stores, warehouses, and shopping centers Serve as a subject matter expert within your assigned category, partnering with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and identify improvements Source and evaluate supplier quotes, managing supplier relationships and negotiating pricing, terms, and delivery timelines Manage purchase orders and requisitions in SAP, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company standards Support inventory replenishment for Facilities warehouses including internal technician vans
