Job Description

Overview As a specialist in sourcing and onboarding you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified physicians to join our healthcare organization. Develop and maintain relationships with medical schools, residency programs, and other healthcare organizations to build a pipeline of candidates. In addition to sourcing candidates, the specialist also manages credentialing process for new physicians, ensuring that they have all the necessary credentials, licenses, and training required to start practicing.
Qualifications Education:
  • Bachelor�s Degree � Preferred
  • Minimum of Associate�s degree plus four (4) years of experience in healthcare setting performing clinical or administrative work
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
N/A Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:
  • Must have minimum of two years� experience in healthcare setting performing clinical or administrative work.
  • Minimum of 2 years� experience in recruitment and/or onboarding strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
