•Friday 9 Month Contract possible Direct Hire Job Description Manage purchase orders from supplier selection through negotiation, delivery, and closeout. Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, review supplier quotations, and perform price analysis. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Monitor open orders, track delivery status, and communicate any changes or delays. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments. Support supplier qualification, sourcing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage multiple procurement activities and requisition lines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 0-3 years of relevant buyer or purchasing experience. Strong Excel skills, including managing large data sets and requisition lines. Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system preferred. Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple priorities.
