Through 12/31/2026, with potential for extension Job Description We are seeking an experienced Buyer Level

II / III

to support Supply Chain Services Procurement. This role is primarily focused on supplier management, PO follow-up, escalations, and improving on-time delivery , rather than traditional negotiation. Key Responsibilities Follow up daily with suppliers to resolve overdue POs and delivery issues. Drive supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) and PO acknowledgement performance. Escalate supplier issues and implement corrective actions. Track procurement metrics and provide updates to leadership. Source, negotiate, and procure services across multiple categories. Manage procurement activities from requisition through invoice payment. Conduct price analysis and support negotiations. Review procurement requests for compliance and manage supplier contracts. Build strong supplier relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 4-5+ years of procurement/purchasing experience , preferably in Supply Chain Services Procurement. Experience with strategic sourcing and supplier management. Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Experience with FAR/DFARS and U.S. Government regulations preferred. Ability to perform price analysis and price reasonableness determinations. Preferred Aerospace or technical industry experience. Experience with Government Contracts.
