Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

PT/PRN Speech Language Pathologist LiveWell Homecare Agency Melbourne, FL Job Details Part-time 23 hours ago Benefits Mileage reimbursement Qualifications Swallowing evaluations Full Job Description We are seeking a part-time or PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide mobile FEES evaluations for adult and geriatric patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and home health settings. Conduct personalized swallowing assessments and develop treatment plans Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care Educate patients and caregivers on safe swallowing strategies and diet modifications Maintain infection control standards by sanitizing FEES equipment Accurately document evaluations and progress using our EMR system Qualifications include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, FL licensure, ASHA CCC-SLP, and FEES training (preferred). At least 2 years of dysphagia experience in medical settings and reliable transportation are required. Preferred experience includes mobile diagnostics, home health, and familiarity with MBSS, VitalStim, or NMES.
