Job Description Job Description Please see below for the key responsibilities associated with the Procurement Strategist I role: $28.00 Hour Monday to Friday 8-5 Must complete Background and Drug Screenings Must have the ability to speak , read and write in English
  • Procurement & Contracting Support:
    Procure goods and services for the County, assisting with contract development and administration in accordance with County policies and State public procurement laws.
  • Documentation & Analysis:
    Prepare bid packets, Excel spreadsheets, cost analysis summaries, and product/source price comparisons to support buy determinations. Analyze historical billing data to identify trends and ensure compliance.
  • Solicitation Review:
    Review procurement documents, scopes of work, and evaluation criteria for accuracy and completeness, guiding stakeholders on appropriate purchasing methods.
  • Public Notices & Meetings:
    Manage compliant public notices for procurement opportunities and facilitate public meetings.
Contract Administration & Records:
Maintain files for assigned contracts, handle vendor inquiries, prepare regular activity reports, and process contract closeouts upon completion. #FTM
