MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage procurement activities for assigned categories, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services based on cost, quality, and delivery requirements. Evaluate business needs, source suppliers, and lead negotiations to maximize value and ensure long-term supply continuity. Review quotations, commercial terms, and supplier proposals in compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Create and manage purchase orders in SAP and support sourcing initiatives that generate cost savings and operational efficiencies. Monitor supplier performance, manage claims, and support corrective actions to minimize procurement risks and inefficiencies. Manage spare parts inventories and support inventory audits to ensure material availability and accuracy of records. Coordinate administrative and operational requirements with internal stakeholders and suppliers while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related roles. Bilingual English and Spanish skills a plus . Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAP ERP and procurement systems. Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. Knowledge of logistics, inventory control, warehouse operations, and procurement processes. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
