Position Overview :
The Inventory Bu yer strategically coordinates and plans inventory purchases to support overall inventory and procurement functions within the NDCP system. Compensation:
Weekly payroll: Salary plus bonus potential Additional benefits: employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition discount program, and more!
Responsibilities:
What you will do: 1. Review and plan inventory positions based on demand, supplier capabilities, code dates, warehouse needs, and capacity through placement of NDCP purchase orders for all NDCP distribution locations. 2. Manage daily business relationship and interaction with all suppliers in assigned category. 3. Assist in executing LTO and permanent product launches for products within category. This includes active participation in discussions for supplier production, NDCP inventory planning, and Dunkin Brand updates. 4. Maintain an open line of communication with all category suppliers to ensure inventory availability and on-time deliveries. 5. Interact daily with Operations and Transportation teams in all facilities to help resolve receiving issues, delivery discrepancies, and other inventory-related topics. 6. Responsible for maintaining business metrics (Inventory DOH/Stock Levels/Fill Rate) that are required to service the business needs of DBI. 7. Place purchase orders on time and compliant with supplier and freight lead time requirements. 8. Responsible for maintaining ERP system integrity on all item and supplier level data within assigned category. 9. Ad-hoc reporting as needed for daily business needs. 10. Assist in creation of allocation model for products introduced into NDCP system and collaborate with Member Services team to implement.

Qualifications:
What you bring: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. 0-5 Years' experience in a related position. 3. Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook required). 4. SAP experience preferred. 5. Industry-accepted certifications preferred (APICS, ISM, CPP).
