Responsibilities:
Builds the data foundation that powers sourcing decisions through spend baselining, market analysis, market event support, reporting, and ongoing supplier relationship management Build and maintain spend baselines across assigned categories, and validate volume, supplier, and location data Coordinate with branch and functional stakeholders to collect data and validate findings Clean, reconcile, and analyze large datasets to identify sourcing and savings opportunities Assist in developing category strategy materials, fact packs, and stakeholder-ready summaries Support development of RFP/RFI materials, including requirements gathering, bid sheet construction, and response evaluation Analyze supplier bids and market data to identify savings opportunities and negotiation levers Support supplier onboarding, compliance tracking, and performance management Maintain category trackers, dashboards, and reporting to support program-wide visibility
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field Min 3 years of experience in procurement, operations, finance, or a related analytical role Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and large dataset management Comfortable using AI to enable tactical tasks Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
Preferred:
Experience supporting sourcing events and negotiations
Preferred:
Experience with procurement, spend-analytics, ERP, or contract-management platforms
Preferred:
