Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Purchasing/Shipping Specialist positions in Norcross, GA. Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and track purchase orders for indirect materials, supplies, and services
• Work with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery dates
• Enter and maintain orders within the ERP system and monitor open orders for status updates
• Prepare shipping documentation, coordinate freight activities, and resolve order or shipping discrepancies

Requirements:

• Experience working within an ERP system (Oracle preferred)
• Background in purchasing support, procurement, shipping administration, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Strong order management, data entry, and Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
