We are currently looking for two professionals to step into Buyer roles for a 4-6 month project engagement. Required Qualifications At least one year of professional purchasing experience. Background in procurement within a manufacturing environment. Proven proficiency in SAP, specifically within procurement and MRP modules, as you will need to hit the ground running without training. Ability to analyze MRP data to effectively forecast and execute material procurement needs. Expertise in navigating and utilizing specific SAP transaction codes. Comprehensive management of the purchasing lifecycle, from issuing purchase orders and confirming vendor details to tracking shipments and troubleshooting supply chain discrepancies. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to foster collaboration between production, accounting, and external suppliers. High level of technical competence in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel. Preferred Skills Three or more years of experience in a buying capacity. High-level proficiency in Excel. Experience sourcing and acquiring components from external suppliers. A background in project-based or contract work is perfectly suitable for this temporary position. While a degree is not mandatory, extensive hands-on experience with SAP and procurement processes is essential.
