岗位职责|Key Responsibilities 1.负责运力供应商合同的签署、续约及承运商的日常管理工作。 Manage carrier contract execution, renewals, and day-to-day carrier management. 2.维护TMS系统中的供应商信息,定期跟踪并更新供应商保险及其他资质文件。 Maintain carrier information in the TMS system and regularly track and update insurance and other qualification documents. 3.协同财务部门,维护供应商系统报价,并协助完成运费结算及对账工作。 Collaborate with the Finance team to maintain carrier rate sheets and support freight settlement and reconciliation. 4.协同法务部门,在法务系统中完成合同上传、进度跟踪及持续维护 Work with the legal team to upload, track, and maintain contracts within the legal system. 5.协同运输时效监控、调度运营及仓储团队,监督运力供应商的服务质量。 Partner with transit time monitoring, dispatch operations, and warehouse teams to oversee carrier service performance. 监控承运商履约情况、运力使用效率及异常问题,推动问题闭环与持续改善 Monitor carrier performance, capacity utilisation, and service exceptions, driving issue resolution and continuous improvement. 7.跟踪全美卡车运输市场行情及运价变化,定期输出运力寻源策略及成本优化建议。 Track U.S. trucking market trends and rate movements, providing sourcing strategies and cost optimisation recommendations. 任职资格|Qualifications 1.本科及以上学历,物流、供应链、运输管理等相关专业优优先。 Bachelor's degree or above; major in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, or related fields preferred. 2.1-3年卡车运输、运力寻源或承运商管理相关工作经验为佳,优秀应届毕业生可适当放宽要求。 1-3 years of experience in trucking, capacity sourcing, or carrier management preferred; requirements may be relaxed for strong entry-level recent graduates candidlates. 3.熟悉全美卡车运输市场、运价结构及承运商运作模式。 Familiar with the U.S. trucking market, rate structures, and carrier operating models. 4.具备良好的谈判能力、成本控制意识及数据分析能力。 Strong negotiation skills, cost awareness, and data analysis capabilities. 5.具备良好的沟通协调能力及跨部门协作能力。 Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. 6.熟练使用Excel、PPT等办公软件。 Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related office tools. 7.具备中英文双语能力,口语及书面表达流利。 Bilingual in Chinese and English, with fluent spoken and written communication skills.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
