IM&S Planner - John Deere (Moline, IL) This is a long-term 1+ year contract opportunity paying up to $25/hr , including 1 week of PTO . Operating 100% onsite at John Deere World Headquarters in Moline, IL , you will play a critical role in indirect procurement execution—converting shopping carts into purchase orders, clearing order transmission errors, resolving blocked invoices, and supporting the annual framework process.

Position Details & Compensation Pay Rate:

Up to $25/hr (W2) .

Location:

100% Onsite at John Deere World Headquarters ( Moline, IL ).

Duration:

1+ Years (Providing solid contract stability).

Shift & Hours:

1st Shift / Standard Business Hours.

Core Responsibilities Requisition & PO Processing:

Convert requisitions and shopping carts into official purchase orders in an efficient, timely manner.

Order & Invoice Resolution:

Troubleshoot and resolve delinquent orders, blocked invoices, shopping cart errors, and purchase order transmission failures.

Stakeholder & Supplier Support:

Educate, train, and provide responsive customer service to external suppliers and internal business units regarding procurement policies and ordering workflows.

Procure-to-Pay Maintenance:

Support the Annual Framework process and ensure transactional compliance across indirect materials and services purchasing.

Required Qualifications & Skills Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent practical work experience ( Recent Graduates with excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply! ).

Communication Capabilities:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver responsive, clear customer support.

Software Tools:

High proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook). What Makes You Stand Out 1+ years of experience in Supply Management, Procurement, or Logistics. Hands-on experience with SAP Materials Management (MM) and Procure-to-Pay (Req-to-PO) processes. Customer service experience or familiarity with John Deere Supply Network (JDSN) tools. Experience with data analytics platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
