Posted 07/2026 Job Description Job Summary The Procurement Specialist, Repairs will be responsible for overseeing all phases of outsourcing part maintenance, repair, overhaul, and delivery, as well as adherence to all AAR policies and procedures. What you will be responsible for: Manages, Plans, creates, organizes, tracks, and expedites the outsourcing of part repair Develops, evaluates, recommends, and manages repair vendors, ongoing relationships, and quality. Review, negotiate, approve vendor quotes, and support management of vendor contractual obligations Periodically analyze and discuss program performance periodically Meet or exceed all Procurement Key Performance Indicators Communicate with various departments to manage the timely flow of parts (e.g. Program Management, Operations, Accounts Payable, Shipping, Quality, etc.) Perform vendor and order management for assigned parts to proactively ensure customer commitments are maintained Ensure each transaction is compliant with all purchasing policies and procedures Support various departments with and participate in government and regulatory audits Suggest and participate in continuous improvement activities to drive process efficiencies All other duties as assigned Requirements What you will need to be successful in this role: Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or 6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
