Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Worker and be a vital part of building and renovating structures that make a difference! In this energetic role, you will actively participate in various phases of construction projects, from foundational work to finishing touches. Your hands-on expertise will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Duties Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material organization Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, and finishing Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute construction plans accurately Construct formwork, install rebar, and handle concrete forming and pouring for foundations, walls, and other structures Perform masonry work, including bricklaying, tile laying, plastering, and restoration projects Install flooring, drywall, roofing materials, and perform caulking to ensure quality finishes Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations; wear appropriate PPE at all times Conduct heavy lifting and operate concrete pumps or mixers as needed on-site Support renovation projects by framing carpentry, metal stud framing, or masonry work Utilize schematics and blueprints to interpret specifications for precise execution of tasks Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience operating power tools and heavy equipment Proficiency in construction estimating and understanding construction plans and specifications Skilled in working with concrete mixers, formwork construction, rebar installation, concrete cutting, pouring, finishing, and pumping Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations; committed to adhering to safety protocols at all times Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings or schematics Experience with carpentry—including framing carpentry and drywall installation—and masonry work Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and commercial driving for material transport when necessary Capable of working on diverse construction projects such as renovations, restorations, roofing jobs, flooring installations, or tile laying Comfortable operating hand tools alongside power tools; experienced with metal stud framing and plastering techniques Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining a proactive approach on site Join us if you're ready to build your career in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real impact! Pay:
$25.94 - $31.23 per hour Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
