Job Description
The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands-on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to execute projects within your area of professional interests. Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 17th - Aug. 6th, 2027). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN. The Strategic Sourcing & Enterprise Contracts Intern will support supplier and contract lifecycle activities while gaining exposure to sourcing, supplier management, contract administration, and business process improvement. This intern will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, complete practical assignments, and develop skills in research, analysis, communication, organization, and project management. Job Duties and Responsibilities Support supplier and market research, sourcing events, proposal evaluations, and preparation of supplier comparison materials. Assist with supplier onboarding, due diligence, governance, and maintenance of supplier records and required documentation. Analyze supplier, pricing, spend, and performance data to identify trends, cost efficiencies, and process improvement opportunities. Support supplier performance management, including scorecards, business reviews, meeting coordination, and action-item tracking. Assist with contract intake and administration for agreements, statements of work, amendments, templates, and related documents. Support contract lifecycle activities, including document routing, approvals, signatures, metadata maintenance, renewals, archival, and repository organization. Assist with reviewing lower-risk agreements and validating contractual records, legal entity information, and key business terms under appropriate supervision . Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, Enterprise Contracts, Legal, Finance, Information Security, Compliance, business stakeholders, and suppliers on projects, process documentation, and presentations while maintaining confidentiality. Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA ) Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Legal Studies, Pre-Law, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Finance, Operations, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to research, analyze, and summarize information clearly. Strong attention to detail, organization, professional judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Interest in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contracts, legal operations, or process improvement, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
