The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, monitor inventory needs, and help ensure timely procurement while supporting cost-effective restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate purchasing of food, beverages, kitchen supplies, and restaurant materials Review inventory levels and identify replenishment requirements Prepare and process purchase orders accurately Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, orders, and delivery schedules Inspect incoming deliveries for quantity, quality, and accuracy Maintain accurate purchasing records, invoices, and supplier documentation Assist with supplier evaluations and resolve purchasing or delivery issues Monitor purchasing costs and support inventory control initiatives Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to meet operational needs Qualifications Previous purchasing, procurement, inventory, or restaurant operations experience preferred Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Good understanding of purchasing and inventory control procedures Strong communication and vendor coordination abilities Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy Basic computer skills and familiarity with purchasing systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and team-oriented About the Company Don Hall's Factory Restaurant is a restaurant business focused on quality food, attentive service, and a welcoming dining environment.
