Job Description

This role will provide full support to the company's internal departments by communicating availability for on time delivery to both internal and external customers. This position will also require a high level of detailed communication with management and off-site factory personnel as well as strategic planning, warehousing, quality, and other functions within our business as needed.
Job responsibilities:
Prepares RFQ packages, reviews quotes & makes recommendations, and obtains feedback or approval from management Responsible for analyzing sales data over time to predict future inventory needs Responsible for providing sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis and ad hoc reports as needed. Negotiate competitive pricing and optimal order quantities. Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing for external customers Negotiate contracts and agreements as necessary. Monitors daily inventory levels to ensure delivery performance and inventory levels are within range Investigate purchase order/invoice discrepancies with vendors Ensures best practices in procurement processes Effectively communicates with inter departments and management regarding inventory levels, quality issues, and all other business related topics. Performs various other duties as required
Qualifications:
Inquisitive, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and an innovative approach to problem solving Highly Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong problem solving skills Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and results oriented
Required Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years in supply chain and planning
Preferred:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Supply Management or related field Prior experience working in eCommerce; Pay will be based on experience level
