Key Responsibilities:

Source and replenish a variety of food and non-food items to meet customer demand Manage the category cycle for assigned product categories, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability Maintain accurate acquisition costs and ensure pricing integrity Achieve and maintain inventory goals as set by management Keep supplier and item information current in the host system and replenishment software Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational efficiency

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or category management within the food service or retail industry Strong understanding of inventory management and replenishment processes Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset At S&W Wholesale Foods, we value our team members and are dedicated to providing a supportive environment that encourages professional growth. Qualifications:

5 years' experience in food procurement, preferably in supply chain or category Management Excellent verbal and written communication and oral presentation skills Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal) and in an engaging manner with colleagues of various levels of experience and management Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills Knowledge of service requirements, shelf life, key factors that affect profitability of inventory, promotional and retailer needs High-level proficiency in computer applications and systems including Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) •S&W Wholesale Foods LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer, drug-free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.•
