Responsibilities:

\nExcels at the Roles & Responsibilities listed for the \"Procurement Clerk\" classification.\nWorks with engineering to develop a list of procurement packages to be bid and awarded.\nWorks with engineering to communicate this information to project controls for the purpose of preparing a procurement schedule.\nPrepares/performs the following for each procurement package:\nRecommended bid list. Commercial input to the bid package.\nAssemble the procurement package into a bid package. Issue bid package to vendors on approved vendor list.\nReceive commercial and technical quotes from each vendor.\nEvaluate commercial terms of the bid.\nPrepare a bid evaluation including commercial and technical terms of the bid.\nPrepare or assist-in-preparing purchase order for the bid.\nPrepares/performs the following for each purchase order (PO):\nProcess requisitions into POs. Expedite each PO.\nAssist Engineering in the receipt/distribution of approval drawings/information from vendor.\nCoordinate the engineering/drafting review/markup of each set of approval drawing/information from vendor. Manage, if required, a change order from vendor.\nNotify recipient of equipment/material of delivery date and mode of transportation of the equipment/material.\nGather, retain, and forward to Client all paperwork related to PO. Track and verify that all deliverables have been received from vendor.\nIssue to Client recommendation to pay vendor.\nWorks with engineering to assemble Vendor Data books.\nFinalizes input of all procurement information into project files.\nAssists with project audits if required and assists in insuring that all nonconformances identified within the work assigned to the Procurement group are resolved satisfactorily.\nPossesses an awareness of project schedule and budget.\nPossesses a full understanding of all of the sections of the Keystone Procedures Manual applicable to the technical discipline assigned to the employee.\nContinuously practices Quality Control while executing the work.\nActively promotes and personally observes all company, client, and regulatory Health, Safety, Security, & Environment (HSSE) procedures.\n

Requirements:

\nHigh School diploma or

GED. 2-5

years of professional working experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills.\nSelf-motivated, organized, and solution advocate.\nHigh-level of attention to detail.\nApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.\n
