This role supports operational efficiency and contributes to overall business performance. Position Responsibilities Procurement & Supplier Management Source and purchase materials, goods, and services in line with operational requirements. Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery commitments. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors. Inventory & Cost Control Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations and planning teams. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement purchasing strategies. Track and report on procurement performance and spend metrics. Documentation & Compliance Ensure purchase orders, contracts, and procurement records are accurate and up to date. Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Support audits and internal controls as required. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with operations, finance, and engineering teams to align purchasing activities with business needs. Provide insights on market trends and supplier performance. Support new product introductions and project-based procurement requirements. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations. Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) Lean or Six Sigma certifications What the Role Offers Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000.
