Job Description

New Journey, a Genesis10pany, is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator for a 3-month contract position with the potential for a contract extension or conversion with our client in North Reading, MA.

Compensation :

$28.50 per hour

Managing end-to-end procurement activities for at least 3 programs. Acting as the primary procurement point of contact between program teams, hardware/deployment stakeholders, and external suppliers. Issuing POs and ensuring timely equipment deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing daily program deployment schedules at sites.
• Ensuring Purchase Orders accurately reflect schedules as the operational source of truth.
• Coordinating supplier deliveries against timelines.
• Identifying and proactively escalating delivery/supply risks to internal engineering and deployment teams

Basic qualifications:

• 1+years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Experience working with Purchase Orders and suppliers.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to track deliveries, schedules, and deadlines.
• Ability to identify and escalate supply or delivery risks.
• Strongmunication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Basic proficiency with Excel and/or ERP/procurement systems.
