Job Description:
Our client, a well know Government Contract Consulting firm is seeking a procurement out of federal contracting environment. This individual will partner cross-functionally with operations, accounting, contracts, AP, pricing, and leadership teams to manage procurement activity, vendor coordination, purchase orders, and compliance-driven documentation. Requirements Experience utilizing Deltek Costpoint 8.2 (MUST)
Years of Experience:
4+ years of experience Federal procurement experience within the government contracting space Experience supporting procurement activities tied to
FAR/DFARS
environments Strong purchase order and vendor management experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchase orders, requisitions, and procurement documentation Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and payment processing Support procurement compliance activities aligned with
FAR/DFARS
